Universal Yield-Product Risk Disclosure
(Applies to Growth, Income, and Flex Accounts)
1. Product Scope – This disclosure governs every pooled-fund account that advertises or credits a variable yield, including:
• Income Account – Monthly cash-flow option (“yield”).
• Growth Account – Monthly compounding option.
• Flex Account – Hybrid option; you may elect each month to withdraw some or all of your credited return or leave it to compound.
2. How the Strategy Works – Client cash is pooled in a private trust. Proprietary, automated trading algorithms deploy that capital in market instruments to generate returns. Algorithm performance, market liquidity, volatility, and counter-party risk all affect outcomes.
3. Not a Deposit / No Insurance – These accounts are investments, not bank deposits. Balances are not insured or guaranteed by:
• FDIC (United States)
• CDIC (Canada)
• FSCS (United Kingdom)
• Any other government or private insurer
4. Variable Returns & Risk of Loss – Yields are not fixed or guaranteed. Returns may rise or fall, and you could lose some or all of your invested principal.
5. Account-Specific Mechanics
• Income Account – Your share of the trust’s net monthly return (after fees) is swept into a separate Spending Wallet. Payouts do not compound.
• Growth Account – Your share of the net monthly return is credited back to your Growth balance and automatically reinvested, so gains—or losses—compound over time.
• Flex Account – Each month you choose how much of your credited return (0 – 100 %) to withdraw; any undrawn amount remains in the account and compounds with the Growth strategy. Your election window and any default setting are described in the platform dashboard.
6. Fees & Tier Percentages – Net return equals gross trading profit minus trust-level expenses and any account-tier fees. Fees are disclosed in the current Fee Schedule; they may reduce or eliminate positive returns.
7. Past Performance – Historical performance, back-tests, or projections are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.
8. Liquidity & Withdrawal Limitations – Although we target monthly liquidity, market conditions or risk-management controls may delay withdrawals or limit the amount available for redemption.
9. Tax Considerations – Yields, payouts, and compounded gains may be taxable in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified tax adviser.

3 Categories of Data

• Cloud hosting partner (ISO-27001, EEA)
• Card/payment processors (EU/UK/US)

If data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplemental safeguards.
5 Retention
We keep onboarding/KYC records five (5) years after account closure (AML regs), transactional records seven (7) years, and marketing-consent logs until consent is withdrawn + 2 years. Aggregated analytics are retained indefinitely.
6 Your Rights
You may:
• access your data;
• correct inaccuracies;
• erase data (“right to be forgotten”) where not barred by legal duty;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• port data to another provider;
• withdraw marketing consent at any time.

7 Automated Decision-Making
Risk-scoring for fraud/KYC is automated but always subject to human review on request.
8 Complaints
If you believe we breach data-protection law, contact our DPO first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK ICO or your local supervisory authority.
