WealthProphet is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking and custody services for the Reserve Cash Account are provided by our regulated financial institution partners (“Program Banks”). We convey client funds to Program Banks which accept and maintain those deposits, provide the applicable interest rate, and are eligible to provide deposit insurance coverage. The 4.3% APY is variable, provided by Program Banks, and may change at any time before or after account opening. Eligible deposits at Program Banks are subject to deposit protection up to $500,000 per depositor, subject to programme terms and applicable aggregation rules. Deposit protection protects against the failure of a Program Bank and does not protect against the failure of WealthProphet. Approved private solutions, where available to clients after relationship review, are not deposits, are not held at Program Banks, and are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme.
